Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

Here’s a fun fall recipe for you pumpkin lovers! These yummy pumpkin bars are soft, moist, and full of flavor. They are dense like a Blondie, it’s like biting into a piece of rich pumpkin fudge who can say no to that! So I preheat my Electrolux oven to 350 on convection bake mode and start prepping. There is very little clean up that goes with this recipe, which is awesome since that is always the least fun part. Once your oven is preheated pour the pumpkin bar batter into the 9×13 inch pan and place it on the oven on the bottom rack. While we wait for these delicious treats to bake I put everything in my Electrolux dishwasher, wipe down my counter, and just smell the sweet pumpkin air filling the room. After about half an hour these pumpkin blondies are done so I let them cool on the counter before I cut them up and serve them. Not a single blondie left in sight, can you say big delicious hit!
