My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Appliance World! This company, and its wonderful employees, are role models for excellence in customer service that remains light years away from any other company we have ever dealt with. From start to finish, each step of the process has been flawless for the care, consideration and service provided. We ended up purchasing all new appliances for our kitchen and couldn’t be happier with our choices, or the services received from start to finish by each employee we interacted with. As part of our purchase, we were invited to two classes to understand all we needed to know about using our new stove. As if the classes weren’t enough of a bonus, we were treated to a full gourmet dinner and dessert hosted by their talented and delightful chef Leora as well as the warm and welcoming hostess, employee Victoria, who is also instrumental in ensuring we are all treated like family vs customers. We don’t know any other appliance store that goes to these great lengths to create a purchasing experience that provides so many additional bonus features worth raving about. We absolute cannot imagine going anywhere else for our appliance needs in the future, or considering recommending any other stores for our friends and family. There is simply no comparison for what you will get as an Appliance World customer to anything any other store offers. It’s that simple.
