So let’s talk about how the usual fridge works…..
Most refrigerators have ONE COMPRESSOR making FREEZING air in the freezer and sending that air into the refrigeration side. 
FREEZING AIR LOVES MOISTURE…..It’s winter and you take a shower and forget to lotion your skin. What happens? You start cracking and flaking. That’s the cold air drying up the moisture which is on your skin. The same thing happens to your fruit and vegetables. The other type of refrigerator has TWO COMPRESSORS, (called dual compressors). One compressor makes FREEZING AIR, and the other one COLD AIR. Therefore, there is no mixing of the freezing air and the refrigerator air. Food will last approximately three times longer in a DUAL COMPRESSOR UNIT. DUAL COMPRESSOR units cost more than a single compressor unit. Here lies the argument!
