Most often this can be resolved by the consumer performing some preventative maintenance and does not require service. It is recommended that the washing machines themselves be cleaned at least once a month. Your user manual will have directions on how to properly clean your specific unit. It is also recommended that after each wash cycle the door gasket and glass be wiped down. At the end of your wash day leave the dispenser drawer open so it can air out. You should also do this with the washer door as long as you don’t have pets or small children. These simple steps will help keep your machine mildew and mold free!
