Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Today I was checking out what I had in my Thermador refrigerators and I happened to find a huge bag of russet potatoes, I absolutely hate when food goes to waste so today was about to be potato day!  I wanted something that would make a great side dish or appetizer , something that would be easy to just pick up and eat so I decided potato wedges were the way to go.  There is not a lot of prep involved, which means it would help make a great meal in little time, which is perfect for all of our busy lives!  So I preheated my Thermador pro style wall oven to 375 degrees on the true convection mode because I was going to use multiple racks since I had so many potatoes.  Then I washed and scrubbed my potatoes cut them up and lined my baking sheets with parchment paper so I have very little clean up when I take them out of the oven.  I tossed the wedges in a large stainless steel bowl drizzled them with olive oil, shredded some cheese, and seasoned away tossing them till they were fully coated.   I then placed them on my baking sheets and put them in the oven, which was preheated in 7 minutes because I used the fast preheat button! Before I knew it, they were done, and I transferred them to a platter that everyone could take from.  They were perfect who doesn’t love potato wedges especially with cheese!  You can absolutely serve this with a ton of different dipping sauces and dressings to suit your mood, but they are without a doubt delicious on their own.
