Why should I buy a 4K TV?

on July 13 | in television | by | with No Comments

The term “4K” refers to the resolution of the latest and greatest in HDTV’s. 4K televisions are almost four times the resolution of the standard 1080p HDTV. At the moment there are few sources for 4K programming, Netflix being the largest, but it will soon be the standard. And if you choose not to subscribe to a service that provides 4K programming the TV will convert anything you are watching to almost 4K resolution. And since the prices of 4K TV’s have gone down so dramatically recently, you can now purchase a large screen for a reasonable amount of money. Stay tuned though because very soon we will all be talking about flexible flat screen TV’s and what the industry is calling Beyond 4K.
