Funfetti Gooey Cake Bars

Another easy sweet tooth favorite is funfetti gooey bars; it’s made with cake mix and a few simple ingredients. This is a super fast and easy recipe that will be made and ready to eat in no time. Since there is very little prep to do, I used the Thermador wall oven on true convection 325 degrees and hit the fast preheat button. The fast preheat turns on all the heating elements to get the oven to the temperature you desire in much less time. I then put the cake mix, butter, and egg into my kitchen aid stand mixer with the paddle attachment until thick dough formed, then added the sprinkles and mixed until completely combined. Now the fun part was pressing the dough into the bottom of the pan making sure to leave enough for the top, so if you are anything like me try really hard not to eat any of it. Then I sprinkled the white chocolate chips, remaining sprinkles and sweetened condensed milk over the dough, and topped it off with the remaining funfetti dough. I put it in the oven for a half an hour and before I knew it the time had passed and I was taking it out to cool down. If I wasn’t at work I’m not sure I would wait for this to cool completely so I could cut it up into bars, I would definitively be eating it with a fork right out of the baking pan! They are so gooey and delicious; it is extremely hard not to keep going back for more!
