When my team asked me to whip something up for a breakfast meeting we were having the next day, I was ecstatic, considering my fiancé had banned me from making lots of sweets in hopes to lose the few pounds that he gained being my ultimate taste tester.  So who doesn’t absolutely love Cinnamon Buns, I of course had to take it to the next level, and being a cake batter lover I chose to experiment and make Cake batter cinnamon Rolls.   This recipe is a little more involved and time consuming but I promise it is easy.  I needed to have these delicious Cinnamon rolls ready for 9:00am Sharp the following day so I prepped everything I could the day before.  To make it ahead, the recipe can be prepared through Step 5, and Cover the rolls and let sit overnight at room temperature before baking in step 6.  What that does is basically just takes the proofing step out which will occur while sitting out overnight.  All that was left for me to do the next day was come in preheat the oven, bake off these delicious cinnamon rolls and make the glaze.  I did just that, while they were baking I made the glaze so that once I pulled them out of the Wolf M series wall oven I could pour the glaze over them.  I then placed them on a serving platter and brought them to the meeting, where everyone left super full and raving about them! As you could imagine I was beyond happy with the feedback!

Yours truly,
