The wolf brand is constantly changing with new appearances and performance levels, which allows them to be a brand that is always on the top tear.  The new M series wall oven introduces a new dual Verticross convection, which utilizes two crossed column fans. It introduces 10 cooking modes that control heat and airflow making each and every dish come out exactly how it is suppose to. This new concept fully saturates the oven cavity, which provides a faster preheat, and a more even cooking temperature across all of the racks. No need to adjust racks or rotate pans plus you can cook all your favorites at the same time! This oven will also take the guesswork off the menu! With the gourmet mode in the M series over you can just choose the dish you would like to cook off the menu of around 50 presets and the Gourmet will tell you which rack position to place the item on. After you place the temperature probe into the thickest part of the mean it will set the correct temperature for the perfect cooked meal. Whether your kitchen is traditional, modern or somewhere in between, there’s an M series design that will work beautifully with your décor. A favorite of ours has to be the DO30TM 30” M Series Transitional Built in Double Oven, which will be available for purchase this spring!
