Sangria is a best known for being reminiscent of summer; best enjoyed on a beach somewhere and topped with a vibrantly colored decorative umbrella. This sweet summer cocktail harnesses the flavor of whatever is added to it, and is easy to drink making it the perfect addition for any occasion. It’s a common misconception however, that this drink is specific to it’s season. There are a number of sangria recipes that can be enjoyed all year round, even indoors on a chilly winter night. Apple Cider Sangria
1 Bottle Pinot Grigio (mild flavor)
2 ½ cups apple cider
2 chopped apples
1 orange sliced
1 pear sliced
A handful of pomegranate seeds
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 bottle of club soda (add right before serving)
*Garnish with raw cinnamon stick

1 Bottle Rose or Moscato
1/3 cup of Amaretto Liquor

Ginger Ale (2 parts sangria to 1 part soda)
