Reese’s Cheesecake Brownies

Any peanut butter fans in the house? Good because I have just the thing to make your mouth water, Reese’s cheesecake brownies. Wait until you take a bite of this fudgy brownie stuffed with Reese’s, a creamy peanut butter cheesecake layer, and topped with chocolate, it is heavenly! I wanted to get started right away I preheated my Dacor wall oven on convection bake at 325 degrees and measured out all my ingredients. I lined my 9×13’’ pan with aluminum foil for easy removal and minimal cleanup and made my brownie layer in my stand mixer; I then poured it into the pan and went onto making the peanut butter cheesecake layer. Once I finished making the cheesecake layer I poured it over top of the brownie layer and smoothed it out to completely cover the brownies. I put this deliciousness into the oven for about 40 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden. The sweet smell of chocolate and peanut butter filled the room, and I could not wait for these to be done! I finally pulled them out of the oven to cool, and was so tempted to cut them up and try them then, but I knew it would be even better with the yummy milk chocolate layer with extra Reese’s on top. So I waited till they cooled down and put them in the refrigerator for about an hour before I melted the chocolate and spread it over the top of these amazing brownies. All I wanted to do was stick my face into it and eat all of it but I kept strong and put it back in the refrigerator so that the chocolate could set. Finally the wait was over, I could not contain my excitement I pulled the aluminum foil out of the pan placed them on a cutting board and cut them into squares. I neatly placed them on a platter to serve and they were gone within minutes, they were a huge hit!

Yours truly,
