Autumn is around the corner and what comes with that are thoughts of hearty cooking and making the “Perfect” Thanksgiving turkey.
We decided to test out the “Perfect Turkey” button on our “live” Electrolux oven. Simple is the word that comes to mind with this feature. We seasoned our 20 lb. fresh turkey, put it on a rack in a roasting pan, set our Electrolux oven to “Perfect Turkey”, inserted the probe and walked away. In approximately 4 hours the turkey came out PERFECT! The photos will attest to that.
A “perfect” turkey sandwich was shared by our entire staff the next day for lunch. If you need to replace your oven, you might want to consider an Electrolux oven with the “Perfect Turkey” button.
