FAMOUS APPLE FRITTER BREAD

There is nothing better then juicy delicious apples that you pick from the tree or pick up at the supermarket (which most of us do). The sweet smell of apples and cinnamon in the air and you know fall is here. Personally I am a summer baby, the ocean, the sun, and the warm weather is more my style however, nothing makes adjusting to the weather better then a seasonal piece of deliciousness, to warm the soul of course! So I decided to make Apple fritter bread, and I promise this is a recipe you will not want to miss out on! This apple bread is more like cake disguised as bread. It comes together quickly, easily, and with ingredients you likely have on hand or are easy to find at the store. There are three bowls of ingredients going on, which really leads to an easy clean up. When you have prepped out the three bowls of ingredients, you will pour half the batter into the loaf pan, top with apples and cinnamon, then top with cinnamon-brown sugar mixture, and repeat all three again. The apples and sour cream keep the bread soft and moist and the glaze gives a little extra flavor and gooeyness. I decided to use the JENN-AIR wall oven so I preheated the oven to 350 degrees on true convection, when the oven preheated I put my loaf pan in for about 40 minutes. While I waited I cleaned up my station and put my three bowls in the JENN-AIR dishwasher, like I said super easy clean up! When the timer went off I checked my bread to see if it was done by inserting a toothpick into the middle, it came out clean so I took the loaf out to cool on the counter. I let the bread cool completely before glazing it lightly and cutting it up to serve. By the time I cut the entire loaf up, more then half of it was gone, which is always a good sign. Thankfully I snagged myself a small piece before the rest was snatched up, and oh man was it good enough to make me smile that fall was here and I was ready!
