Well the weather outside is frightful, but inside it is delightful. What better thing to do than do some cooking on a snowy day. I did some serious cooking while enjoying a snow day. I braised some short ribs on my Thermador Induction cooktop and then proceeded to slow cook them in my Thermador oven for 4 hours. Fork tender and delicious. Of course the wine I added helped to make them flavorful.
You always have to have a little sweet after dinner, so I made chocolate chip cookies. Baking them all at one time on the convection mode made the task go quickly.
